    Our heart is the best place to pray. The last place Jesus was seen was heading into the sky, hence you tend to see a few people looking toward the last place God was seen.

    Its does not matter if you look up or you look down

    Most people in the bible fall on their faces to pray to God.

    But you can pray to the Father any where even just taking a walk.

    i believe you don't need to look up to pray to God cause he is every where & your heart is the best place to pray
