don't give your email to any one, care for it like phone number, don't open those emails, which you think these are spams bcz by this they know that your email is active,

you can also instal softwares of antispam.

if you are using yahoo then try it.

    "Yahoo! SpamGuard

Keep Yahoo! SpamGuard turned on. To check if it’s on:

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.

Click Spam Protection from the list on the left.

In the “Spam Filter” section, do you see “SpamGuard is ON”? If not, turn it on by clicking the link: Turn SpamGuard ON.

In the area above your spam options, click Save Changes.

In this same section, you can also specify how often you’d like us to empty your Bulk folder (we do it automatically once a month, but you have options to empty it faster), as well as indicating your preference for showing—or blocking—images. Image blocking is another way to fend off spam!

    Image Blocking

Keep Image Blocking on. Image blocking defeats the “hits” spammers receive whenever one of their images is “viewed”—which can include the moment you select a spam message before you click Spam. Here’s how to block images:

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.

    Under Spam, click Spam Protection.

At the bottom of the page—“Step 1 of 3: Spam Filter”—click Continue.

At the bottom of the next page—“Step 2 of 3: Marking Messages as Spam or Not Spam”—click Continue.

On “Step 3 of 3: Image Blocking”, select “Block all images”.

    The Spam button

If you get a spam message in your Inbox, check the box beside it, then click Spam. This alerts us to the latest tricks and techniques that spammers are using, and helps us clamp down tighter and fight spam more effectively.

If you change your mind or think you made a mistake, just look for the next message from that sender in your Bulk folder and click Not Spam to reverse your vote."

    and

Spammers often regard responses to their messages—even responses like "Don't spam me"—as confirmation that an email address is valid. Likewise, many spam messages contain Web links or addresses which the user is directed to follow to be removed from the spammer's mailing list. In several cases, spam-fighters have tested these links, confirming they do not lead to the recipient address's removal—if anything, they lead to more spam.

Sender addresses are often forged in spam messages, including using the recipient's own address as the forged sender address, so that responding to spam may result in failed deliveries or may reach innocent e-mail users whose addresses have been abused. In many countries providing a false identity in that way is a criminal offense. Criminal spammers sometimes send their messages from purposely compromised computers in order to hide their real identity. Benign spammers reveal their identity, allowing recipients to respond.

In Usenet, it is widely considered even more important to avoid responding to spam. Many ISPs have software that seek and destroy duplicate messages. Someone may see a spam and respond to it before it is cancelled by their server, which can have the effect of reposting the spam for them; since it is not a duplicate, the reposted copy will last longer

Best way is not make sure your e-mail address isn't published on the internet anywhere. Spam servers often work by searching webpages (like google) and anything that is in the format something@something.com gets added to their spam list. It kinda looks for the '@' in the text

Other than that, don't give your e-mail address to anything that isn't 100% kosher. In fact, try to avoid giving it out at all, unless its something trustworthy like amazon or ebay.

I know this won't actually solve the problem you might have at the moment, because they already have your e-mail address and you can't delete it from them, but hopefully it will help prevent spam in the future. Pete

Not sure if your asking how the maio you send will not be recognized as spam or not, but if you are the person the receives it must mark them as not spam.

To block from receiving spam, well that is not going to happen, but most Email programs and site have spam filters, just set it to how you want it.

really the only way to do it, is to either set spam options higher, or just make a new email.. spam never stops. my email is gettin high with 100+ spam emails every day.

If someone logged in from Peru then you NEED to change your password ASAP and verify that your alternate address is still yours. This shows that someone in Peru is accessing your account
