you need to paper train her/crate train her. take her outside until she goes, i don't care how long it takes just do it. when she finally goes, give her a treat and tell her shes a good girl. when she goes in her cage punish her by showing it to her and telling her no, and if you feel its needed then LIGHTLY spank her.
hope this helps!!!

How much time is the puppy spending in the kennel? I have a 9 month old chocolate lab, and when he first came home at 8 weeks, we had to take him out every half hour, every day. When the puppy goes outside and uses the bathroom, then make sure to praise her a lot and play with her, let her know she did a good job. Gradually increase the amount of time between the trips outside, and as her bladder grows, she will be able to go longer without having to be let out.
Don't use the kennel as a punishment when she does something wrong, either. You want her to feel that the kennel is her safe place - like her den, and if you put her in there everytime you are punishing her, then she's not going to feel safe there.
Remember, too, that a puppy will need to go to the bathroom about a half hour after eating, so don't get up and feed her just to put her in her kennel right afterwards when you go out.
If it persists, then I would contact a vet - it may be a sign that your puppy is ill, and if she is ill, then it's not her fault. No amount of praise or punishment would fix that.
Most importantly - keep your temper in check. A puppy is just like a baby - and it takes four to five months to completely house train them (sometimes longer). If you don't feel that you have the time or patience to spend the first couple months house training, then I suggest you find the puppy a good home and get an older dog that is house trained already.

Well, it's obvious that you are not used to puppy's so the best thing for you to do is calm down, realize that you are dealing with a baby, read up on training or take her to a professional trainer and have them lead you in the right direction.
It sounds that you are very uptight and angry and the pup can feel that, making fer frightened and insecure. The puppy is doing what puppy;s do. Now you must do what an owner must do and treat and train her correctly.

Just a question, but. How old? and Where did you get her? Also, is it a cocker spaniel, or a spaniel or any sort, lol. I donno but I've met a couple cockers that pee on themselves and don't seem to mind it, also I knew a Cavalier King Charles who was scared of pavements. Anyways, if she was a pet store puppy, you are in for a world of trouble, btw online puppyfind kinds of dogs are just as bad mannered as store boughts.
Good luck.
