I am 5'8 240 jam trying to get 200 lbs since that is when I looked my best and I was shredded with a 6 pack. But last time I was 200 was in 2006. I feel like I need to cleanse my liver and colon to jump start a healthy active lifestyle along with a good diet so any adivce on how to cleanse my liver and colon? Like supplements or home remedies. Also since jam a endomorph body type any diet and fitness activity to help me burn fat and have lean muscle gain?

Me and my wife have been together for 3 years and everything was good when we were living on our own.As the economy hit us hard I left with my wife and 1 year old son to live with relatives to try to find a better oppertunity and better enviroment for my wife and kid.

As it turns out my wife was getting depressed because she wanted us to live on our own already but because my jobs was only part time so i did not want to move into a place and then not be able to afford it.

As it turns out mywife got pregnant agian as it was a surprise to us i was knew i had to find a place fast. not only for my kids but because my wife would get depressed and fight with me and put me down because i did not make alot of money. Now that were about to move into our own place it seems like shes is getting unbarable.

She is always threating me with divorce and keeps putting me down.

is this normal to behave like this during pregnancy or hasshe turned spiteful?

So she attempted again with her father to get her papers but still no luck due she had to open a case with a immigration lawyer in the city where she entered and to make things worse she found out after years of trying that she has a deportation letter and she's now 22. So my question is that if I open up a case with a immigration lawyer and sent a petition for her will that stop the deportation

yesterday I drove through a big puddle with my ford expedition. It was raining heavy for hours so there was big puddles everywhere. Which non commercial canned food for puppies have the highest levels of fat and protein?

I just wanted to know since orijen does not make wet food whats a good wet food or receipe to mix with orijen large breed puppie dry food to make the food even more irrisistable

She is 3 months old 19 lbs. shes the biggest of her litter. and eats about 2 2/3 cups of orijen a day. Already understands her name, sit, and go sleepy (means go to her bed). but the strangest thing is that her left eye her pupils goes very foggy and small then it comes back to normal. which is scary. the vet check her out and said shes fine and healthy and really big for her age. but since the eye incident did not happen in front of him he only ran test on her eyes which came back negative for everything. Plus since her size and wooly coat she looks like a malamute with human looking blue eyes. but I have her pedigree generations. and papers. And tail is getting really fluffy but not long. I had her since 8 weeks. is this normal I mean I have 3 other fully grown huskies but never had this problem

And she is never in the cage longer than 2 hrs also while she sleeps she pees on her self and will only walk on grass but is wont walk on the street she hold back and like scratches her nails just to hold back and it pisses me off. because i have a puppy that does things that no ones puppy ever does.

I am feeding my siberian husky at 10 weeks orijen large breed puppy. She is very big for her age and loves her food. I mean she just cant get enough of it. I mean it makes her coat lovely and she is very energetic and very happy. people have told me to swicth food but I just cant she loves it I mean I see the diffrence, all my other dogs have always prefer orijen over nutro and innova because for them those brands they just cant cut it for them when it comes to being good dog food. is there like vitamins or a something that can harden her stool?

her cage is the right size for her and everything shes takes frequent walks through out the day only eats twice a day takes a very long walk before bed and during that last walk she pees and poops. as well as she pees and poops on some of the other many walks we take. I also on taking her for a long walk before bed we also play for like 20 mins. so why does she always cry and pee and poop in her cage. I even try my clothes that have my scent and everything. its getting annoying and disgusting becaue i havft to clean her every time. I have tried everything even our local dog whipere is confused.
