You don't cleanse your liver or your colon. There is no food or diet that does that.

You're body cleanses itself. What is true is that when we get rid of the junk food and processed food and instead get on a healthy natural foods diet with plenty of water, it helps to assist the body in what ever it needs to do.

The ideal way to help your body cleanse itself is through a water fast. But that is like torture to most people, and would cause most people to lose massive amounts of muscle, especially the ones who eat off a junk food diet.

The best way to start is to get on a natural foods diet, and THEN do a water fast after 8 months of being on the natural foods diet, only to return to the natural foods diet again. We must not eat of any junk food or unnatural food, because we will pay for it when we do the water fasting.

We can lose fat in the following ways, by lifting weights or by water fasting. One of them builds muscle, the other doesn't.

I don't know what jam is but 200 is too heavy for 5'8. A good food plan would be:

Breakfast: low fat milk on cooked 9-grain cereal (buy it in bulk from health food store), mixed with cooked oatmeal and wheat bran. Add some nuts, raisins, craisins and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine.

Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts and yogurt w/fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham or beef stew.

Snacks: Fresh fruit (banana, orange, apple, kiwi, grapes, peach, nectarine,

    cherries, pineapple..). Protein shake.

Dinner: Big caesar salad with white meat chicken, tomatoes, olives, 3 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded cheese, shredded or sliced carrots and zucchini, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu..

Instead of salad dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it or some lemon juice or mash some avocado with tomato juice.

Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes. Top w/cheese.

Foods to avoid: pastries, desserts, sugar, salty foods, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, pork (wieners, chops, bacon), potatoes, white bread, rice, pasta, canned veggies, ice cream, oily foods, soda, coffee...And of course no tobacco or alcohol in any form. Both of those add wrinkles and destroy your organs.

No oil except olive and mac nut.

To keep your skin clear, drink water. Veg. juice is good too. But not canned juice (too much sugar.)

Join a gym; they have all the equipment there and staff to show you how to use it.

Much cheaper than buying your own.

If you lack energy to exercise, take Stress B vitamins.

    To lose weight, try SENSA.
