I have a female Siberian husky and she had 2 pups around 8:00 p.m. it is now 3:40 a.m. and no more pups.?

I did not know she was pregnant i don't know how much she should have. but she is still bleeding and licking the blood the two pups seem healthy and she seems ok except for occasionally she gets up and moves around should i be worried? We have Already spoken to our personal vet and he says to wait until the morning.

    Take your vet's advice..

My last litter, one was whelped at 5pm, and the next one at 5am.

All went well, except for my sleep..(I think she did that on purpose)

wait till morning.. maybey she has one or two pups in there but not ready to come out yet.. when a dog is giving birth she gets uo and b strats digging ang moves around if she is still doing that then maybe she has few left to come out.. few time a dog can is not able to give birth to all her pups and some are left inside her womb which may result to the death of the pup so i would suggest take her to the vet.. and congratulation on the new borns.. huskys are my fav...

Can you feel her tummy. You should be able to feel if there is another puppy.

Also she is just uneasy. Just do what the vet says unless you feel another puppy. If she seems to be in pain I would call the vet again

    Good Luck and congrats!

take her to a vet as soon as possible a puppy could be stuck because she should not still be in labour.
