Here is a site that will show you which dog foods are the best and the worst. I suggest that you get any one of the dog foods that are top rated.

Most of grocery store dog food formulas, like IAMS, Pedigree, Science Diet, Purina, and etc contain "meat and bone meal" which has been known to contain dead dogs and cats that were euthanized in animal shelters. Their bodies are picked up and bought by the truck load by "rendering plants" , that also pick up road kill, dead live stock, and etc. They are shredded, and boiled. They skim off the fat on the top of the "soup" and collected it and sell it to pet food companies as "animal fat", the rest of the animals' remains are crushed up, dried and sold to dog and cat food companies as meat and bone meal.
You can read more about it here.

Here is an article where the owner of a rendering plant talks about it. He says that cremating the dead shelter animals would cause pollution, and that rendering them is good.

At three weeks he should maybe ~just~ be beginning to getting regular dog food in conjunction with nursing from his mother. Most pups begin around 4 weeks. Dry food should be softened with warm water so it is squishy and easy to eat. He should be fully weaned from mom and onto puppy food only by somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks. If you are asking for formulas, I've only ever used the Just Born brand when fostering orphaned pups. Sorry, I don't mean to insult your intelligence, I am just not sure which direction you were going with in your question and I wanted to cover all possibilities. I have a large breed puppy and we feed Orijen Large Breed puppy formula. Merrick has some great canned "puppy plate" foods and Blue Buffalo has a really good large breed puppy formula too. Orijen is grain free and the others are not. The grains in Merrick and Blue Buffalo are not corn, wheat or soy based and therefore digestable and better for your dogs health. There are arguments both ways for the protein level in the Orijen vs the Blue Buffalo. We went with the Orijen in the end because of personal research and preference by our dogs.

A really good one is Merrick.
It is a well rated wet food on dogfoodanaylsis.com, and can probably be bought where you get your Orijen.
Its great to see people who care about feeding their dogs a high quality food!

A well-trained dog makes everyone happy, including his owner. Take a little time training him, and you'll never regret it; you'll always have an obedient dog by your side. Find more https://tinyurl.im/54C78
By their nature, dogs are pack animals with a well-defined social order. Through basic training, you need to consistently make sure your puppy understands that you are the leader, not him. So in teaching him the basic rules, you take on the role of pack leader.
To fit into the family circle, your dog must be taught to recognize his name and such commands as come, heel, lie down and sit.
