can I get a canadian drivers license even if my Tx license is expired?
I now live in Nv but cant get a Nv license because of a florida suspension(I have never had a Fl license). My Tx license is not suspended only expired. I plan to work in canada this month. Will they let me drive there. Can I get a license there?

No only if your a registered resident will they approve of it.

i could assume that you're able to pass to the DMV Dept. of motor vehicles and renew your license, there will be a some late expenses to it it may be $5.00 or so, no vast deal, yet do it previously you get pulled over or you'll quite have a huge positive to pay.
