Most noble job? Why?
Considering everything like, salary, nature of work, how the society looks at them, how difficult to be one, etc.
Thanks.
By job I mean Nurses, lawyers, mechanic, etc.

There are too many to name. A person can bring compassion and nobility to everyone he encounters in life. Here are two examples.
Teaching. If you ever have the chance, try to see Albert Cullum: A Touch of Greatness (Independent Lens, on PBS, probably also available thru Netflix). It is very inspiring. There are interviews with adults now in their 50s reminiscing about how Mr. Cullum affected their life and delightful old footage of the theatrical performances and classroom interactions.

Then, I bet most people don't think of beauty stylist as a very noble profession, but they've never heard of Beauty Without Borders. A group of American beauticians, stylists and salon owners got together with the goal of helping the women of Afghanistan regain some normalcy in their lives through after so many years of war, violence and religious oppression. They went to Afghanistan to teach the vocational and business skills necessary to provide beauty services. Bear in mind that operating a beauty shop was at the time and probably still is illegal in Afghanistan. So this mission was quite dangerous. At the end of the film, they successfully graduate their first class of stylists.
