Nick Hogan car crash friend?

I have been saying this since the beginning but people kept getting angry at me for feeling no sympathy.

I don't think anyone has assumed that John didn't know what a wreckless driver Nick was. I am sure he knew it all too well. You answered you own question though. John willingly joined in the FUN. He never thought he would get hurt. Just because he used poor judgement to get in the car with Nick does not justify what happened to him.

Fact is - Nick was the one in control - he was behind the wheel. Nick is responsible for the wreck and everything the wreck caused. John made a bad decision to get in the care with him and that is all he is responsible for - not the wreck.

At least Nick will someday WALK out of that jail.

While I do not want to minimize Nick's responsibility in any way, John did knowingly and willingly get in that car and it most likely wasn't the first time. He knew the risks. Nick also knew the risks and knowingly and willingly took John along. In my opinion they share equal responsibility. If they had robbed a bank and Nick shot someone, both of them would have been equally charged.

Absolutely. He knew what a bad driver Nick was, but Nick still deserves to be in jail. And, yes, his family is crazy-only thinking about themselves. They have no empathy from what I've heard in those tapes. They can't make me believe otherwise, unless there are more tapes of them actually saying that they feel bad for him.

Nick Hogan merits in spite of happens to him. in case you desire to be youthful, reckless, and stupid, that's what happens. Graziano's existence has been ruined and somebody has to pay for it. they are referred to as effects, Nick. manage them.

I think they should be put in straight jackets. I wanna see if Hulk Hogan can tear his way of that one.
