Why Do Liberals Want To Decide Everything About Our Private Life?

Because they are in a progressive socialist movement right now, even though numerous other countries tried this type of government and it failed. Liberals want to try it anyway, because they're stupid.

I think it's funny that all the liberals are giving thumbs down on a few of us conservatives. What they don't realize is that liberal politicians are in a progressive socialist movement right now. Socialists tell you how much money you can make, how much land you can have, and force you to depend on each other making the community act as one being as a whole. That is denying me the freedom to live my life how I want - therefore, liberals are deciding our private lives - not us conservatives. We want an open market and free trade, not liberals. Think about it, does the recent windfall gas tax proposal ring a bell? Liberals are the ones who want to control our economy and hammer those who took a chance to start their own company and ended up extremely successful while conservatives want people to be as successful as they want, and rightfully so! Instead of taking down those who are doing well to redistribute the wealth to the poor, why not create jobs. Money handouts don't resolve the problem, giving those who can earn their own money does! Liberals keep hammering on the gas companies, but think about it, the gas companies are only taking in 4% profit from what we pay at the pump and they are the ones doing all the searching or oil, extracting, refining, and trasporting the gas to the gas station. Our government is taking 15% of what we pay at the pump due to taxes and do NOTHING to earn it. How is this fair? (thanks liberal Congress)

Can you be more specific, please? Liberals generally have a tradition of less government interference. But do we want to ban certain societal practices like teen births, overpopulation, excess consumption and so forth? You're darned right! What you consider "not infringing" may well be a major contributor to the decline of our quality of life, and even life on earth as we know it. Just curious -- what exactly do you think everyone should be allowing you to do?

You mean like who we can marry, whether we can have abortions, what books we can read, what we can watch on TV or see in the movies? Oh, wait. Those are private decisions that Conservatives want to control.

It is conservatives who want to rewrite the US Constitution so they force their beliefs on every American. They are the ones that try to amend the Constitution for pathetic non-issues like gay marriage and flag burning—while they oppose any amendment guaranteeing equal rights to all Americans.

Further, they are at war against science, and want to expel science from our public schools so they can replace it with the mythology and folktales of the illiterate goat herders who lived thousands of years ago and who made up the stories in the Old Testament.

I'm a liberal, and I don't give a s**t about your private life.....you can go f**k sheep in your backyard, while your transexual, hermaphrodite wife/husband rubs peanut butter all over theirself and watches........and I don't give a s**t what you do with your money.....but you do realize that in order to have a functioning government.....it has to take in revenue yes?.....a lot of that comes from taxes yes?.....I would just rather have some of my tax money go towards actually helping fellow Americans who need it....instead of just paying for the military, and delivering the mail......maybe I'm nuts.....
