why would kathleen sebelius make a good vp?

Governor Sebelieus would make a great VP because she comes from a more conservative state. And she is pretty liked in her state...and can get support of moderates and some conservatives. Also, she provides Obama would credentials. Economic credentials mostly, as well as someone to balance out his more liberal views. Its a good balance. However, I think Jim Webb, Wes Clark or :) Sam Nunn would be better choices. My thoughts, and I would like to hear yours. :).

One thing bothers me about Sebelius.... "Rapid Spending Growth and Tax Increases."

Also, if Obama picks Sebelius over Clinton, he has just lost Florida to McCain.

No, if Obama picks a female VP and its not Clinton - ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE. Many already don't like him and her supporters will hate him for that.

She is a Democratic Governor of an extremely Republican state.

She must have something on the ball.
