Who could become President of the USA first, an openly gay person, or an Arab-American?

I doubt both.

america isn't that progressive.

While race tension continues to escalate throughout the US public, the gay community is increasingly more accepted. An An American Arab of first generation or close would be less likely to get presidency over an openly gay person.

I think an openly gay person. Most people today are pretty open to that. I love hanging out w/ gay men. The ones I know are funny and sensitive. I don't know anyone openly gay females. Arab American is kinda scary still. Obama's name freaks me out.

cuz gay marriage aint right and if the gay guy becomes president..he will allow gay marriage so most ppl will vote for Arab American

thats a tough one. if i had to put money on it id say a gay person would be elected first. cuz even gay ppl are cool. but theres so americans that dont trust any middle-easterns. theres no way we'd make one president

I would hope that all TRUE Arab Americans are what they claim to be.

Gays, on the other hand , MAY be mentally defective.

So I guess you NOW know what MY choice would be.

I would vote for a conservative if they were Arab, Eskimo, it doesn't matter. I would not vote for a gay person.
