So this is it, rumored to beat WWE down eh. (But I don't think so) Before airing it on tv rumors spread that it is a production from Hulk Hogan something against WWE's wrestling. Is it? Hulk is just the hist right?

I love American Gladiators, and there is no intended competition with WWE. It airs on NBC which owns USA, the network RAW airs on, so I don't think that any competition is intended.
The show you are referring to is most likely "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling" which is completely unrelated to American Gladiators.

i watch the two shows and i am really having fun... if it is really meant to beat WWE down... then i'm not watching american gladiators next time...
