Is this ideal ...???

I would like to eat cereal for breakfast and lunch. Not to diet but because i just love cereal so much and it is convenient.

I'm currently eating 'All Bran' for breakfast with chopped fruit on top, however would it be bad to eat two bowls of it a day because of it's v.high fibre content????

    Try it and see how your bowels react/cope with it...if it's overload then cut down .

    its not that nutritious, ie in terms of vitamins/minerals/antioxidants, and wheres your protein?
