Does anyone know if you can upload video (from tape to PC) off of a Canon ZR70MC (Digital Video Camera?)?

I'm trying to save this on a DVD.

Yes you can. If your camera does not have a software application that came with it and no PC based connections, you can use a video capture card. Connect the camcorders AV connections to the ports on the card and use the software to "record" your footage. You can then use a video editing application to tinker with your footage. You can get a PC video capture card/ device for under $100 at a local electronics retailer
