Has anyone taken the antibiotic Levaquin?

I get chronic sinus infections, usually the Dr gives me Augmentin. This time they gave me Levaquin, and I feel terrible, dizzyness, foggy thinking muscle pain and tingling/chills. I'm stopping these and going back to the Dr tomorrow... Has anyone else had problems with this antibiotic?

Update 2:

The Dr. gave me a stronger blood pressure pill the same day, I thought that was it and didn't take it today, but I did take the Levaquin, and withing an hour I'm feeling dizzy/light-headed. Weird!

    I have taken it, and I had no problems at all with that antibiotic.. It helped me!
