Sounds like you must be a Boston fan! I think you're missing the point. Kobe didn't want to critisize another athlete. If Schilling could pitch as well as he can put down other athletes, he wouldn't have to put red paint on his sock. (Think about it.) I agree. Sadly, some athletes don't have much intellect and can only hurl insults or curse words when challenged. Either that or they turn to the easy "sex" related insults or something just as tired and innane.
