    You're wrong.

D.C. resident can vote in all local elections as well as in the Presidential elections. (D.C. is allocated 3 electoral votes.) They do not have representation in Congress, however.

They are registering, and they do have the right to vote. Where did you hear this stuff? Do you have a link?

The Democrats are for it. The Republicans are against. DC is full of Democrats.

Nonetheless, the Republicans are clearly in the wrong. They should show some integrity and say, "I know this is going to hurt us in the short run, but our policies are good for Democrats as well as Republicans and the nation in general, and we will campaign in Maryland and show Marylanders that Republican policies will help them too"

Of course, they are not going to do that, because Republican policies help primarily rich, white capitalists. But I digress.

They voted for Mayor Marion Barry three time...once AFTER he was convicted for smoking crack which was on VIDEO. So I ask ya, do you really want those stupid people to have the right to vote?

They have votes in the Electoral College.

I do not believe they have Senate or House representation, however.
