Why doesn't my internet work at times and not at others?
Sometimes my computer will work fine, then other times it will not connect to internet at all. Usually this happens in the summer, but I don't know why. It says that there is little or no connectivity at the times that I can't receive a signal, yet the neighbors have internet! This is driving me crazy!
Sorry, I have cable internet service.

Instead of using wireless, try to see if this happens even with the cable.
If so, then something is wrong with your internet connection else something is wrong with your wireless connection.
Try setting up a new wireless connection.

you did not mention if you have wireless connection or not, your isp and if you're using dial-up, dsl, cable, T1, T3, etc., etc. maybe it's time to change isp. (i bet your neighbor is using a different isp)
