Most vets have all the records on the computer and there is no excuse for them not knowing this dog had already been vaccinated. Rabies vaccine is killed virus so getting vaccinated is not going to give your dog rabies. The only problem would be reaction to the vaccinations. Check with the vet to make sure the dog got the three year rabies. don't just assume that is what they used. The law states that if the dog gets the one year rabies, it will need another before the year is out and if you don't get another, then the next rabies will also have to be a year vaccination. Silly as it seems, that is the law in the US They can only use the three year rabies if given before the one year rabies runs out.

I don't believe so your dog could have eaten something that didn't settle to good with his stomach its to early to have signs of rabies yet it takes at least 3 -8 weeks to do harm but if feel your dog may be harmful to you or other family members do so pen up till morning and see how how he is then supply him with plenty of cool water.

No. And also animals with rabies hate hate hate water becuase they can't really drink it. When they do it like causes contractions in their throat that really hurt. If your dog drank water normally and is not afraid of it then he is fine. The foaming has to be something else.

foaming at the mouth doesnt always mean he has rabies could also mean he is really thirst, fatigue, a dry mouth, illness, etc. . I suggest talking to your vet or vet assistance on the phone tommorrow. goodluck

You should get him to the vet asap, that's for sure, but rabies vaccination does not cause rabies, it prevents it.
