does president bush have the lowest I.Q. in presidential history?

My teacher mentioned this for just a little bit in History class. He said that John Adams may have had the highest. His was in the 170's, that's some insane brain. JFK, Clinton and Carver also had very high IQ in the genius realm. There's others but I only know of these.

George Bush wasn't the lowest but he was like the second or third lowest in Presidential History. There's different tests, don't go with those that say he's in the upper 90's. That's not true. I know he seem to be dumb, but that's from what people gathered from hypothesis.

There's no real test of Bush's IQ test but he's determined to be in the 111-138 range only above one President (Grant) in History; I'm not sure if there's another person who was below him. That's very bad in my opinion, since education system is a lot better nowadays and available more.

There is no way to know, the I.Q. test that is standardly used now was developed in 1912 (wikipedia, iq test) - long after George Washington (the first US President) took office in 1789. No President other than Carter has released his IQ.

The myth that George Bush has the lowest IQ of all the Presidents in US history has no substance. The report that says that he has an IQ of 91 also claims that Kennedy had an IQ of 174 while another study says Kennedy's IQ was closer to 119. The myth was only a political jibe against Republicans. It ranked all Republican presidents as having far lower IQ's than Democrat Presidents.

It has to be either Clinton, who was basically trailer trash, or Carter, a peanut farmer. Clinton was a good speaker and that can make someone appear much smarter. So let that be a lesson to anyone going into politics - take lots of public speaking courses and you'll appear smarter than you are.

With that said, I'd have to say Carter has the lowest IQ of any president in recent history. Even his mother said Billy was smarter than Jimmy and Billy was a dumb-a$$. He was a nice guy, but not the sharpest tool in the shed. Nevertheless, I think people still drink Billy Beer if they can find it.

As for our current president, despite what the biased media wants you to believe, Bush has multiple degrees, including an MBA and he scored higher grades at Harvard than John Kerry. (Remember when all that came out in the last election?)

I know it's lots of fun to say he's dumb, but those who work with him find him extremely intelligent. He may not be the most eloquent speaker and that can make one appear tongue tied, but that's not how IQ is determined.

And if we look towards VP's Gore has definitely the lowest IQ. He even flunked out of divinity school. If not for a rich politician daddy he would've been flippin burgers.

Funny. Carter was probably the smartest president of all and one of the biggest failures. It's not how smart you are, but how good your team is. Bush is pretty average and is blamed for much more than he has control of. He's a president, not a king or dictator. Holds less than 1/3 of american government power.

After 20 years of NOT KNOWING what "reverend" Wright believes and preaches... I'd have to say Obama is CLEARLY and UNQUESTIONABLY one of the most-stupid people who ever ran for office.

I don't know for sure, but I would bet my entire paycheck that he does have the lowest. He is pretty stupid.

Probably not. However he does have the highest disapproval rating for any president in history. Which is alot worse.
