What is a good, cheap, 19" monitor with Composite inputs?

I looked at this; is this the cheapest I can get with composite in?

Update:

I'd like to connect a Gamecube to it.

That monitor does not have a composite input, only VGA and DVI.

You're going to need a TV or TV monitor, not a computer monitor. Computer monitors do not have composite inputs.

Honestly, if you're just looking for something to play gamecube on, just pick up an old CRT TV off Craigslist; in fact, I've seen many people give them away for free.

If you do decide you need a new flat panel, be sure to check resellerratings.com to check out the vendor before you buy.

Beware of this site. This is totally SCAM. There was a similar site name YourDigitalElectronics.com which has been reported as SCAM see http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,2217528,00.as...
