Ditch digging.
Street sweeping.
Garbage pickup.
To name a few and even the supervisors of these jobs have time sheets they must prepare, which involves math.

Are you looking for a job, or is it a discussion point useful for a debate?
There are very few jobs for which money is not involved at some stage. Perhaps if you were employed as a witch-doctor the patients would pay you with presents that were not cashable, but thats unlikely.
However there are lots of things to occupy oneself with that have no numbers or mathematics attached: reading, writing, acting, singing, drawing, sculpting, certain other handicrafts, etc.

Work for the church, as a monk or a nun.
Though, you still need to keep track of number of sins and good deeds (addition and substraction should be enough).
Edit: I would add a mortgage broker, a big investment bank CFO, unemployed..
More seriously, what about professor or teacher?

every occupation has mathematics, eg. in cleaning you work for a certain number of hours, you have to divide your work load by the amount of time you are given etc.

Lawyers.
Lawyers don't need math. Sure it would come in handy, and corparate lawyers probably have to study at least some math formulas for economics and so on, but moslty, lawyers don't need math skills above 8th or 9th grade (US school standards).
Also: Florida vote counters, Pentagon Military budget deciders and US presidents (current one at least) don't need, or use math skills at all...

Author maybe, no you'd still have to do taxes but you don't actually work on math during your work time right??? You just write. That's all i got.
