my pc doesnt recognise flash drive inserted in USB.?

    You probably need a new computer that isn't from the stone age.

    Well it could just be your pc deceiding to be annoying, go to safly remove hardware remove it that way, then actually remove it after that, now reinsert it, and try again, if that fails restart the pc. Once loaded try your usb again, if that does not work, there may be a fault with your usb, or you may need to update your pc software. good luck :)

    if your flash drive is not recognised on other pcs then your flash drive is dead.

    if it is recognised by others then try these options

    1. other usb ports on your pc

    2. restarting your pc

    3. wriggling the flash drive as it is connected to your usb port

    4. finally, allow it to completly dry if it has recently been wet

    Try a different USB port!

    If you are running on pre-XP though you have no chance! As pre-XP has so litle USB support it won;t work!

    restart computer

    and then plug in usb that SHOULD work if not like wiggle it around
