If I'm not mistaken ALL crocodilians are protected under C.I.T.E.S. (Convention In Trade of Endangered Species) rules. Yes, I know, you're not wanting to trade, just get rid of, but you need to do this not only safely, but legally as well. (Here in Florida, gators are all over the place, but that doesn't mean just anyone can go messing with them.) I'm not sure how it's dealt with over there, but I am sure that there are people with the knowledge and legal means of helping you with your problem, regardless of how far out of the way you are. Rely on these people rather than attempting anything yourself. Trust me.

Methinks you have a Problem! But why don't you turn your "Lemon" Crocodile- into a "Lemonaid" Solution??! If the Crocodile is on YOUR Property, why don't give Him a Name & offer Paying "Tours" for People to come & see Him? You can charge each person a couple of $$'s- and Show them what a "Real Live Crocodile"- is "like"?! People will Buy ANYTHING- if they can't have One- themselves! :)

You don't mention the size. If the croc is longer than you are, you are not likely to be able to do anything safely without professional help. Even a small one will require help to handle. You will have to noose it, retain control while it "rolls", tape the jaws shut, and watch out for the tail.

Good luck. You're certainly going to need it.

I don't know where you are from. If you are in the USA, don't touch the croc. It is protected under the Endangered Species Act and it is a federal violation to harass, capture, or possess it.
