Recently ive been drinking water and i feel really sleepy afer..is there anyway household way i could test my water for any drugs?

If it's tap water, there is no way drugs can get in there. Maybe your brain is just playing tricks on you. If this gets worse or persists, then see your doctor. If it gets better, just get more sleep. Maybe that's the problem.
People don't put drugs in tap water. It's filtered heavily at least 50 times against all bad things.
