Question for filmmakers?

I am working on a film festival and am trying to find out what type of seminars/workshops would be most useful for filmmakers; this could be producers, directors, scriptwriters etc...

I am trying to target filmmakers who haven't quite made it but are working within the film industry?

So far ideas are... funding seminar, a masterclass with a famous doumentary filmmaker, script development seminar, pitching workshop? I'm trying to workout where the demand is at the moment.
