This is as easy as a dropped third strike and a passed ball enabling the batter/runner take first base.

Its actually happened quite a few times. Chuck Finley holds the record for most 4 strikeout innings, doing it 3 times. We've seen quite a few rarities this year.

No, because a 4K inning is not only a permitted eventuality by the defined rulebook, but also an established event that has happened numerous times.
Facts do not require belief.

4 ties a record but atcually could strike out more if the catcher drops the the 3rd strike in the dirt you can run if you reach the score book reads strikeout there for its a strike out with out the actual out

Of course. It has happened before and it will again. All that is necessary for that to happen is to have a batter reach first base on a dropped third strike.

I have seen 4 strike out in one innng several time. When you watch baseball for over 50 years there are not many things you have not seen.

No, I don't believe it. I think MLB should investigate immediately - no doubt a conspiracy by the umpires.

Yes, I do believe that.
He could strike out more than that if you think about it.
