This site has a post you can put outside its small and the dog is supposed to use it. It's a well trusted site and the owners of the site are vets so they should work. http://pet-supplies.drsfostersmith.com/search?p=Q&...

    1. Put her out straight after eating or waking up.

    2. Give her lots and lots of praise when she goes in the right spot.

    3. If she goes in the wrong spot, say "No" in an assertive voice and pick her up and put her where you want her to go in future.

    4. Clean anywhere she goes with bi-carb soda. It gets rid of the odour. If your dog can smell that she has gone there before, she will go there again.

    5. Be assertive and consistent. She will learn if you teach her right.

She should be kept on leash and you just basically stand with her in one spot and give her a command to go potty... wait it out until she decides she'll go. One thing, do not let her sniff just to sniff or play (pick up sticks and so on)...

It's like every other lesson or command, she just has to know you mean business and that when it's time to go, then it's time to go...

If she poops inside rub her nose in it after a couple times it should get in her head not to poop there!
