I already have a cosmetology license and want to further my career

I am a female, 5'10, 165 lbs. I want to lean up and tone, not gain muscle. I go to LA fitness everyday and do light weights & cardio, but I'm bored & would like a trainers type routine I can do daily or 4 times a week? My goal is to thin up my upper arm, shrink my butt & thighs and build a 6 pack! Thanks so much!!!!!

she only will poop if i'm out of the room or I take her outside for a really long time, and i'm not watching. lol! It's frustrating! Does anyone have any helpful ideas?

My friends car is a 1997 jeep wrangler. The belt broke and she took it in to get it replaced and they told her " metal from the pully that broke got into the water pump" and they have to replace that to? WTF? it makes a squealing noise and they want to charge her another 300 for that! we just don't understand how that could be if the pump isn't even leaking?

I was driving on the freeway going 85, and a big dead branch blew in the road and i ran it over with my pt cruiser ( they sit kinda low) I was just wondering if anyone on here who works on cars can tell me what COULD of been damaged or what to keep a eye out for in case it hit something? or am I just worrying for nothing? My car is brand new, and it scared me! I pulled over about a half hour later and it was jammed up under the chassy and i just pulled it out. I don't notice any leaks or anything. Am I just being crazy? THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

It pops up a error box when I try to burn pics, but it burns music ok. I bought 3 diffrent cd-r and it does it to all of them? how can I fix it!!!!!!?????

My dog was raised by someone obviously who litter box trained her and never took her outside! How do I undo that? She is scared of the grass and is puzzled what to do out there. But, she holds her pee all day then goes right to the pad! Help! I do not want her doing this, my other dog is potty trained, I want her to be too! I need advice!!!!!!!!!!
