What is a great "diet" or fast to get me unbloated?
I just need to get rid of water and/0r salt bloat. Whats a good fast or liquid fast? How about juiceing diets? And I use the word diet meaning a change in eatting! Please do not answer with nasty comments about diets ( past questions!) I just love to eat healthy and would like to detox! I have been bad! Bad foods, late night eatting...etc! Thanks!

Don't eat greasy foods, salty foods, or too sweet of foods. You can be a healthy person and not realize what your snacking on. Too much sports drinks, contain salt and will make you absorb it if you drink too many. Too much grease, makes it hard for your body to release water. What kind of oil do you cook with? Olive oil, and Canola oil are good options. Vegetable oils have too many complex ingredients. And eating fiber (nuts, beans, wheaties...) can really help clean you out. And of course water is the best. They also sell good detoxes and fat flushes at health stores. Don't ever fast, it's unhealthy. Your body isn't getting all the nutrition it needs. You could do more harm then good. Ask a health professional or pharmacist if you have any questions about these. If your eating late at night, a fat flush, or fasting or detox is as easy as drinking water and not eating past 6pm. And you must stay up for up to an hour after eating to let food digest. If not, you will absorb the fats and your calorie intake will be higher than usual. That can lead to heartburns, and cramping. I can understand if you get hungry, but eat something healthy and small, like celery and peanut butter. Their great fibers, and peanut butter has healthy fat. Snacking should be healthy. I myself am a sucker for a handful of grapes and a banana. But celery and peanut butter are an absolute fav of mine. I hope this helps.

What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!

You can't do it fast and right at the same time. If you got a wedding to go to and need to drop some water weight just go to Sauna/Steam room and just sit there and sweat some extra water out of you. If you just want to lose weight the right way than eat GOOD food and excercise. Nothing new I'm sure.

I know how you feel, just coming off a long weekend of eating garbage and feel the overwhelming need to purge my system too.
Stick with water, grapefruit and a high fiber (low sugar) cereal like FiberOne or AllBran for a few days. You'll flush your system and feel a million times better.
