What is a excellent workout routine for the gym?

I am a female, 5'10, 165 lbs. I want to lean up and tone, not gain muscle. I go to LA fitness everyday and do light weights & cardio, but I'm bored & would like a trainers type routine I can do daily or 4 times a week? My goal is to thin up my upper arm, shrink my butt & thighs and build a 6 pack! Thanks so much!!!!!

    Start off:

    20 min run on the treadmill (try 1.40 jog, 1.40 sprint)

    [it has to be 20 minutes! after 20mins your body starts burning fat]

    10 min bike machine to cool down

    50 X 20kg arm press

    50 X 20kg arm extension

    30 mins cross trainer (try level 6)

    50 X sit up

    50 X sit up twists

    50 X stomach crunches

    20 mins wave machine

    [works your bum and arms amazingly]

    2000m rowing machine

    By the way, women can only tone up, not gain muscle. They might but very very bit. Those muscular women you see in magazine and TV take steroids.
