What kind of advice do docs and midwives over there give about alcohol use in pregnancy?
Someone just asked on answers US about whether a little glass would be okay. Most everyone answered, no don't do it, why take a risk at all. I remember reading somewhere once that over there its not quite as strict and docs and midwives don't freak out over even a beer or glass of wine a day. Is that true?

I'm inclined not to listen to doctors advice on this. I know a large number who are alcoholics themselves.
