first of all - i have some experience with depression...hope i won't appear patronising!
it seems like you have tried everything that medical experts have to offer and it hasn't helped. from own experience i find it helpful to regard depression as a task life has given me knowing that i can help myself. it certainly is a quest but you may come out of it much richer and stronger. listen to yourself and try to learn the language in which your soul talks to you. when is it that you are depressed/ are there triggers? what times of the day are better/ worse?
in my experience devotion to work (also physical) as in tasks tasks you give yourself is most helpful. why not try a bit of gardening? there is still time to plant a few vegetables.
hope you will find your way and get better! x

Were you prescribed paroxatine hydrochloride (seroxat) while you were a teenager? Because it should never be given to teenagers - it makes them feel suicidal.
Instead of counselling have you tried cognitive behavior therapy? It allows you to identify the problem then set a realistic goal. It might help if you can achieve something for yourself.
Also, have you got the energy to do a short course in something? It can help to have something positive to focus on. Try a short evening class in something that interests you. When oyu're there, the other people don't know about your problems so don't mention them. You'll spend some time having a 'normal' conversation (eg not about your condition) and that can help. Best of luck.

Excercise, everyday. It wont cure you completely but after a week or so it will begin to take the edge off your darkest moments. Best of luck to you man, its a struggle I know.

I know how you feel man. I just wept reading what you wrote... I don't know what to do either... Should I just kill myself? Life really sucks. My life will now rest upon how you answer my question. Thanks.
