I'm going to great olmand street children's hospital in a few weeks with my 4 year old son for a lengthy stay. I'm just wondering how much ill need to live off while I'm down London. I'm a single mum and on limited income I'm trying to work out how I'm going to cope.

It's my son Alfie's birthday soon. I have everything else organised food, dj, venue, cake. But have 40+ kids coming and they will all expect party bags. How do I keep the cost down. The dj is providing prizes for the event do you think this would be enough? My concern is there won't be enough for all the children coming and some might feel there left out. I know it sounds a bit mad but my son leaves next year and didn't want to invite one of his class mates and not all if that makes sence. And I see this as his last chance to have a party with all his friends from nursery. If anybody has any ideas I would be really great full thanks in advance

we need help we have just recently had a little girl and our 7 year old dog dieal is rejecting her. we are despratly trying to rehome him but non of the family and rspca wont have him.

he is very friendly good with other dogs just not children could u please help with charitys or sites that i can get in touch with ppl despretly want to rehome him but with his age and with his breed its hard work thanks in advance

ive just been told that the average Level for my age is between 3 and 11 but that mine is 0.1 they referred me to a gynaecologist because they cant explain why my hormones are so low so now they have left me scared and wondering whats going off with my body can anyone tell me whats wrong or at least why my hormones could be as low as they are thanks

ive treated my dog winnie for fleas 3 times in the past six weeks. but its not working i bought front line from the vets cost a fortune but i thought this would help to get rid of them ive also treated all my carpets chucked her bedding away and started from scratch and made sure that everything the vet told me to do to get rid of the flea problem in my house i did (cause as i understand it 1 flea lays about 100 eggs so that's Alot to be getting on with ) since my dog has had fleas ive bathed her in flea shampoo then flea repellent had her at the vets and shes had another treatment of front line some antibiotic injection and an anti inflammatory im now at a loss of what else i can do for her any suggestions please

well my dog winne got newted today and i was told that she would be off her food for a couple of days and be really tired i was also told she could be sick which was fine until she was and it was all black with lumps in it is this normal or should i be worried thanks in advance

my dog winnie is only 11 months and ive just noticed in some places her gums are black is this normal or is there something wrong there usually pink and healthy looking black does not look right im booking her into see a vet tommrrow just to be sure but im worried

me and my partner for 3 years have been tring to conceive for the past four months but nothing has happend yet i know it takes a while and im not trying to rush the prosess but are would like to know when and how you know you are ovulating thanks

i know how to get rid of them i have a treatment i use for it but was wondering if there is anything i could use to prevnt her from getting them again as they are going around her school and shes been treated for head lice twice in two weeks help any sujestions please

i suffer with all three really ashma hayfever and eczema and around this time of year i get really bad with all my eczema though drives me mad i feel like i have chicken pox all over again and even though i try not to scratch i do it when im asleep i have cream but its not working been to the doctor and hes just given me more without listening is there anything i can get without going back to my gp thanks

my daughter amber turns 5 in 3 weeks and i dont have anything planed the idea is i want this one to be special i want to invite some of her friends from school but i dont want to do the party at my home and have saved some money but only bought a few small preants have you got any ideas

i love having my daughter in my life she will always be special but i love going to college doing my nurseing diploma having long walks with my partner and dogs and thats my idea of happy.

how can you tell if a dog is pregnant my friend thinks hers is but is unsure

i like both really i like looking in my partners eyes so i know what hes thinking and he has a nice bum lol

i dont think its nice for a bloke to have hair on his back but dont mind some on the chest as long as he doesnt look like a gorilla lol

i have this friend who is a raving alcholic and has been seen by badass he keeps telling me he wats help getting off alchol but when i mention people who could help hes not bothered im seeing him get worse everyday but nothing im saying to him seems to make him wanna change now i know i cant forse him to change what hes doing he has to do that himself but he needs help and i want to be able to do something for him.

ive been sufering with depression since i was 13 and im now 22 and im wanting help. Ive been in and out of councling and mental health services since been 13 and have in the past been on anti depresants. I took myself off them when i was having black outs in my memory and coundnt remember what i was doing. I have had the emergency pet team out to see me too as i have been sucisidel and been and done some group therapy to help with stress but nothing im doing is making me feel any better and couners are now unsure what to do. If anyone has any ideas on what i can do to help myself then it would be apresiated thanks in advance
