How expensive is London?
I'm going to great olmand street children's hospital in a few weeks with my 4 year old son for a lengthy stay. I'm just wondering how much ill need to live off while I'm down London. I'm a single mum and on limited income I'm trying to work out how I'm going to cope.

If you get accommodation from the hospital, other things will cost the same as everywhere else. For travel around London get yourself an Oyster Card rather than paying the expensive cash fares on the buses and Underground

The hospital does have accommodation for parents, especially single parents. If they cannot get accommodation in the hospital itself they have accommodation nearby. See below and good luck.
