The best way I know of is by ovulation predictor kits, charting, and cervical mucous. Fertilityfriend.com is a great site for it. An ovulation predictor kit will be positive the day before ovulation. A temperature rise of .4-.6 degrees Celsius that is sustained for several days means that you ovulated the day before the temperature rise. An increase in cervical mucous that is stretchy and looks like eggwhites indicates that you are about to ovulate and are fertile. Good luck to you!

Hi, If you have a 28 day cycle then the other answers are right tosay that your most fertile day is day 14.
I am also ttc and been on clomid for 3 months. I have just ordered some opk kits off the internet for only £4 so I can tell exactly when is the right time to BD. I would suggest that you do this so you know when your body is at the right time.
Good luck and wishing loads of baby dust!!!!

everyone is different but generally its 10-14 days after the last day of your last period. Try getting some ovulation tests, I was ttc for 6 months so did a ovulation test and conceived that month with my daughter :) if you are going to buy some don't go to a chemist etc as they are so expensive, get some off the web, they are sooooo much cheaper, the only difference is you just get the actual testing strips and not all the fancy plastic casing! all the best xx

well if you have a 28 day cycle then it is roughly 14 days from you first day of your last period. Use a online ovulation calculator. Go to www.babycentre.co.uk got loads of stuff on there.

Use an ovulation calculator online and get an ovulation kit. This will show your most fertile day. I am sending baby dust your way :)
