Here's a neat, original idea. Bake a cake, decorated with fancy frosting, and put little candles on it. Then pick a day and invite some people over, friends and family most likely. Then when everyone is together light the candles and have him blow them out. Also, get him a few gifts, like at Christmas, but dont use Christmas wrapping paper. You can also decorate the room with balloons and streamers. I bet no one will ever think of this idea. Have fun.
