I am a qualified veterinary nurse and this isnt normal im afraid it would be best to encourage fluid intake to winne and then pop her down to your vets in the morning. Dogs thats have been neutured tend to be off their food for the first 24hours post op but should not go on much longer than this. Try winnie on some chicken and rice or scrambled egg for this evening and see whether or not she can keep this in her system.
hope shes better soon xxx

She might be grumpy for a day, but you should have gotten pain meds. They don't always offer them, but you should ask for them. Dogs recover quicker when they aren't under the stress of pain.
If the incision looks red or angry, if there is drippy discharge or swelling, take her back to the vet right away!
Get an ecollar if you don't have one already and Keep it on her until the sutures come out.
Also, she should be on a leash, in a cage or in the house until sutures are removed so not to aggrevate the incision area.
If nothing else, call the vet and ask them if this is okay. They can advise you on whether to come in or not.

Give the vets surgery a call and ask. Keep a close eye on her and report anything else that may be a little suspicious, just to be on the safe side.

Ok you left out some words or something in your question because it makes so sense.
If there is something worrying you about your dog's recovery, you need to call the vet, we can't diagnose over the internet.
