why does my computer do this?
if i have a pop up or a window open on my pc and i try to close it the whole internet shuts down. why does it do this and how do you fix it?

it looks like you have an ad-aware virus or a trojan of some sort... run an antivirus scan... if it comes up clean then you do NOT have a good antivirus .... all you need to do then is download andinstall windows defender... it's a really good antivirus and is made by windows and doesnt slow down your computer.
i posted the download link for you... also, make sure that when you are installing it, you click the option in the middle for installation type! (the one at the top makes you sign up for some microsoft thingie and the one at the bottom is just the basic program... without advanced protection.)

go to IOBIT.COM and get the advanced windows care personal edition and run it it will take awhile the first time so do it when you're done
