Is Jennifer Hudson a soprano???
I want to know, because someone told me a while ago that she was a mezzo, but I saw this video:

no, she's just a high belter. Her primary thing is belting and high yelling type singing. Soprano may be a field or her voice, but her range is just incredible

She is an AMAZING singer and she can sing both soprano and alto. soprano is high alto is lower. altos can still sing high but not like a soprano. since she is both she is a mezzo.
