Yes you can. The Hybrid converter kit costs $10,000.
But the Porsche 911 turbo is great on gas. It is the most fuel efficient supercar.
It gets 25mpg highway and has 480HP. It averages 21mpg.
The 287HP Nissan 350z gets 26mpg highway.
The 238HP Mazda RX-8 gets 25mpg highway.
The 210HP Mustang V6 hets 26mpg highway and the Mustang GT gets 22mpg highway with 300HP.
The 911 Turbo accelerates faster than a Lamborghini Gallardo and Ferrari F430 and has about the same top speed. But the Ferrari and Lambo gets up to 12mpg. Same as the Hummer H2.

LOL!! What the f*ck? Why in the hell would you want to do that? No, the 911s are not bad for mileage. The manual gets 16 mpg city and 23 mpg highway. The Tiptronic S gets 15 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. Besides, if you can afford a 911 Turbo, you can afford the fuel. Jesus Christ.
If you want a hybrid Porsche, then wait for the hybrid Cayenne to come out.

Yes....you can turn an 911 into a hybrid (everything is possible with money)...You will just have to change the whole engine.
Hybrids are better on gas then regular cars, but not that much. I really dont suggest buying one right now, new technology is just around the corner and the hybrid will be thrown out and useless.

Uh... duh not... please, if you would mind it, who would like to drive a Porsche on electricity? If you've got a 911 Turbo and wanna use that kind of money for conversion, I rather have a Toyota Prius, since its hybrid. Or if you want it run CNG(compressed natural gas) then maybe get a Chevy Optra. Rather nice looking, and available in CNG edition for some countries. Of course if you already have a 911 Turbo, don't bother doing anything about it. Its darn good. Wish I could buy one too... :)

prolly if you had 20,000$ to convert it, but you would never make that up. and they are not good on gas
