What sin should be allowed?
If someone wants to attend your church but is deep in a sin (pick any) they refuse to repent....should they be allowed to fellowship? What sin should be tolerated in Gods house?
so im guessing it is ok for all you tolerant persons for a known child rapist to come if they want....can he sit by your child? He wont repent but still wants to be there.....guess thats good enough.

If a person is clearly in sin, the congregation should speak to them (perhaps the leaders) privately about the matter, and see if they can be restored. If they become belligerent and reject the council, they may not want to come to church.
If they are causing other people in the church to stumble... then they should be removed. It is not about that one person, it is about the people as a whole. If they are causing widespread problems by spreading their sin or causing others to stumble, particularly after being confronted in private about it... by all means, remove them.

I didn't realize Fellowship was a verb? So the Company of the Ring Fellowshiped.....wow......the fact that you are asking this question is really what's wrong with organized religion. Jesus didn't turn anyone away.....even the one person he knew was going to betray him he forgave. He's a heck of a guy that way.
To answer your additional info.....that's not up to you to decide......that's up to the Pastor.......Your question asks if a non-repentent sinner should be allowed in God's house....the bible says yes........you shouldn't discriminate.....is this person a registered sex offender? If so, then he can't come into the church anyway because of the conditions of his parole....has to stay away from places children will be. You say he's a "known child rapist"....known by whom? The law, or did you and the other Church Folk just hear a rumor?

Sure they should be allowed to fellowship. I can't imagine anyone else who would need it more. Sin is sin and none is greater than another. God's house is a place for sinners. This is how so many churches get it wrong. If you show people the love of Christ they may actually want to change.

Who died and made you God? Only God can judge us and know what is in a persons heart. Does you church tolerate your sin of you making yourself God and judging others? Repentance is up to the individual sinner. Churches were made for sinners. Jesus came to save sinners not the righteous

I think that is for God to determine. I can't cast the first stone, because even though I try not to, I sin everyday. I hope I am not judged as I have judged others sometimes.
In response to the "child rapist", No I would not let him be anywhere near my child that would be stupidity on my part. I am not judging him, but I also do not have to condone what he is all about either.

Ummm
I always read that Jesus didn't turn anyone away. Guess all those churches aren't so Christlike are they?
LoL
If he's a child rapist he should be in jail. And sure if ever I'm in church he can sit right next to my child :)

Admitted sin.
1 John 1:8 (KJV)
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1 John 1:10 (KJV)
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

There was a sign outside our Church a while ago that stated:
"Your not too bad to come in and not too good to stay out."
