I say North Dakota,
because I live here :)
people say we have cute accents though. :/
I dont think I have an accent either.
but when im in the east coast(im there ALOT) everybody is like..
"let me guess, you are from North Dakota or Minnesota?!" so im like
"how did you guess?" then they say
"you guys have cute accents and pronounce your "u's" and "o's" different
nope! I'm only living in VA for the summer!

I say South Dakota Because Mount Rushmore and Strugis Bike Rally every Summer how far out is that.

south dakota, i visited it two years ago, people from there didn't have anything outstanding about an accent. they kept saying that we had accents, especially me i have a southern twang that comes and goes when it wants to
