I have been training dogs for almost 30 years and I do it because I enjoy watching an animal go from nothing to a dog that can accomplish things that serve mankind. I get a special pleasure out of that.'

I use methods that are tried and true, motivation for imprinting/teaching a command and compulsion for proofing.

None of that new age "ignore the behavior so it goes away" stuff which has destroyed more dog then I care to count.

Tried and proven methods that work in the REAL world, every time, all the time, period!! Hope I helped.

I'm not a official dog trainer but I do train some of the dogs in my neighborhood.Trial and error mainly. I use positive reinforcement, praising good behavior to the skies. I ignore bad behavior as much as I can and that's basically it oh and I train dogs because I am tired of seeing disobedient dogs that owners can't control

I train dogs because it feels good to save their lives. I've only been training a while, but watching the people's relationships with their dog change, and knowing that that dog had been headed to the pound, where no one would have adopted them, makes me feel really good! (the extra money is nice too)

We use voice command. We use a prong collar for corrections.
