Zip files are compressed files and if you want to use these files then you have to firstly unzip it,
Download it Here

A ZIP file is a "compressed" format file. One or more original files can be compressed in size and then stored in a ZIP file. When the original files are needed, the user can "extract" the original files from the ZIP file using a ZIP file program.
So use a zip file program to extract and open the file. most popular is winzip. download it from the following website:
http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=winzip
or www.winzip.com

No one who isn't a member can get to that link. :-)
An analogy of a zip file is putting a bunch of files in a pencil case and doing up the zip. One object holding lots of objects.
A zip file will end in .zip or .exe - if it ends in .exe you won't need a zip program to open it because it is a self-extracting zip file. In other words, someone set it up to open up and put the files on your computer for you.
Winzip is shareware which most people forget (you're supposed to end up paying for it) but there are others that are completely free for personal use and one of those is UltimateZip - http://www.ultimatezip.com/ - I use it all the time and find it quite easy. Just installing it on your computer is enough to be able to unzip zip files. Later you can learn to use it to make zip files. :-)

first of all your link just ask for me to log on which I can't because I don't have an account.
downloading is easy all you have to do is click on the download link and a box appears for the download asking where you'd like to save it choose a location I usually download to the desktop
now for opening a zip file, a zip file is a compressed file and before you can use is it has to unzipped or uncompressed to do that you need a program like winrar which can unzip zip files you can download it here http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-1000767...
then all you have to do is right click on the zip file and left click the entry called extract to<file name of zip file>

If you have Windows XP or Windows Vista, you already have support for ZIP. Just right click on the file, select 'download'. Then once the file is downloaded, double-click on it.
Many people find they like Winzip better than XP's or Vista's built-in ZIP support.

You need to download winrar or winzip. It's free, just google it.
Right click the first file and click extract here and all the packages will open and become the file you're after.
