  • im trying for my first baby and i dont use an ovulation kit or charting. some people sware up and down that is works, and i dont doubt that but for me i dont want to take it to that level. it seems the more anxious you are about having a baby the longer it takes in some cases. for me after my period is over hubby and i have sex pretty much atleast everyother day. if thats too much and not enough hours in the day i would recomend finding out how long your cycle is, count from the first day you start your period all the way to the day before your next period. and cut that in half. so if you have a 28 day cycle you will be ovulating aorund the 14th day of your cycle. have sex on the 12 13 or 14, or all of them if you wish! that will probably give you the best results. good luck and baby dust!

Have sex frequently. It may seem like a no-brainer, but given many couples' hectic schedules, it's easy to overlook this one. If you're not timing your cycles or you have irregular periods, you can cover your bases by having sex every other day, say fertility specialists.

Figure out when you ovulate. Women with very regular 28-day cycles can just count 14 days from the first day of their period to determine their ovulation date. If your cycles aren't regular (or even if they are), an ovulation kit can help you pinpoint your most fertile time.

Most ovulation kits measure the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) -- one of the hormones that signals the ovaries to release an egg -- present in your urine. LH begins to surge around 36 hours before you ovulate, but most kits don't detect it until 24 hours prior. A woman with a 28-day cycle should start testing her urine on day nine or ten after the start of her period so she doesn't miss her surge.

Go to those websites where you can at least track your menstral cycle so you know when you are ovulating, or just have sex every other day. Keep in mind that ultimately, your body will get pregnant when it's ready to. For some, it may happen quick, but some people take years to get pregnant, so to get pregnant "quick" is something that isn't always as easy as it sounds.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info/

infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.

If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).

two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.

Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

No amount of advice or method works on this matter. The only solution is to have sex every day/night starting with 4 days after your period till upto 4 days before your next period. Ensure that your guy is fully aroused before intercourse so that there is a general increase in the sperm count. Good luck.

Pregnant, quick? Only 20% of couples conceive within the first 3 months of trying, 50% by 6 months, 75% by 9 months and 90% by 12 months. ;) You increase your chances *slightly* by using ovulation predictors...or as others have suggested....have sex every other day.

    Good luck!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.

The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e

Like others have said.... just have sex regularly. When my husband and I were trying for our first son, we didn't use any type of method, kit, nothing. We just had sex regularly, probably about 4 times per week, and I was prego in 1 month. Good Luck, & Baby dust to you!!!
