Why is Colin Kazim-Richards called Kazim Kazim?
I have read his Wikipedia page which explains why he is called Kazim-Richards (and not Colin-Kazim as intended by his parents) but why do the Turks call him "Kazim Kazim" on his Turkey shirt?
Additionally, I have read some people say he is the only English born player in the tournament (on this site). This is incorrect because Simone Perrotta was born in Ashton-under-Lyme, Manchester.

Its cause his name is quite long so he cant fit his whole name on the back of his shirt. Also it sounds a bit more Turkish.

Because Kazim is an Islamic name and he's Turkish now, so has to renounce all English names! Just like Kevin Pietersen has to renounce South African names and will now be known as Kevin Peterson.

An anglicised form of the Turkish forename Kâzım was intended to be a middle name, which would have rendered his full name 'Colin-Kazim Richards', but due to an error, he was registered as 'Colin Kazim-Richards'.[1]

all of you are wrong; his original name is colin kazim richards; but to change your nationality to turkish you need to have a turkish name so he changed it to kazim kazim.
