Well, I could type in all the rules you would need to follow, but that would mean typing roughly 15 pages.

These are European paintball rules used in one of the biggest European tournaments, the Centurio Circuit.
The reason I'm pointing you to follow these specific rules is because they are some of the strictest out there, and imply 100% safety during play and off the field.
